JOB TITLE: Training E-Developer
Onsite in Brooklyn, NY
Tasks & Duties
· Develop system design and documentation
· Create storyboards taking into account user stories, screen wireframes, and pre-application release code.
· Development of videos for DHS, HRA, and Provider Staff that document new and enhanced functionality and process flows
· Enhance AI voice to ensure clarity.
· Format and export video files for various platforms and purposes (e.g., web, social media, broadcast).
· Ensure videos are optimized for different devices and screen sizes.
· Render project files for hosting on Agency’s learning management system.
· Build Curriculum tree for 25 plus courses that will be comprised of various videos.
· Verify usability and performance.
Required Skills
· Minimum 4 Years Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and technologies to business leaders and business concepts to the IT workforce.
· Minimum 4 Years Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Captivate, Camtasia, Final Cut Pro, and Articulate Storyline 360.
· Minimum 4 Years Hands-on experience with motion graphics and animation tools, including Adobe After Effects, Maxon Cinema 4D Lite.
· Minimum 4 Years Ability to develop prototypes and pilot presentations using editing tools like Frame.io and Logic Pro X. Publish and host video e-learning content on NYC Learning Management Systems for agency staff.
· Minimum 4 Years Experienced in editing functions, such as importing media, cutting, trimming, and rearranging clips on timeline, and syncing audio track
