- Assist in maintaining various reports and queues related to medical records and data integrity
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in medical record analysis
- At least one (1) year of experience with medical record modifications and auditing
- Ability to work independently as a remote employee and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a Health Information Management (HIM) Department or office environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, specifically McKesson Horizon Patient Folder and Cerner Millennium
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potential workflow barriers
- Ability to decipher physician handwriting
