- Deliver exceptional service to commercial customers and agents/brokers through professional claim management
- Assess and estimate commercial property damages using Xactimate and client-provided images
- Manage a range of commercial property claims, including those related to weather and non-weather perils
- Coordinate with vendors and maintain strong relationships through effective communication
- Conduct investigations and evaluate claims while seeking early resolution opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three to five years of claims experience in Commercial Property, with field estimating experience highly preferred
- Solid knowledge of commercial property claims and experience with physical inspections
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain proper licensing as required
- Professional designations in insurance or risk management
- IICRC certification and completion of Applied Structural Drying
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software
- Experience handling complex claims with a proactive approach to business goals
- Ability to support Catastrophe (CAT) duty and extended operating hours as needed
