Position Overview

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our team and support our financial advisors in managing and expanding client relationships. The Client Relationship Manager will act as a liaison between the clients and the financial advisors, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. This role involves understanding client needs, addressing inquiries, completing transaction requests, and facilitating smooth communication between all parties. The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, financial industry knowledge, and a proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for clients, respond to client inquiries, identify, research, and resolve service issues.
  • Build and maintain deep, meaningful client relationships; maintain regular communication with clients to understand their financial goals, needs, and preferences.
  • Research investment and product information for financial advisors.
  • Service clients through planning updates, portfolio changes, and reviews, returns, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Proactively communicate with advisory team, providing updates and addressing concerns, as well as helping them to stay current on open tasks.
  • Work closely with clients on outstanding items, providing support, guidance, and gentle reminders when needed.
  • Maintain accurate client records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain adequate understanding of and adhere to regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Monitor and streamline workflows for client service and business operations tasks.
  • Attend company events.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, finance, financial planning, or a related field preferred.
  • FINRA licensing (Series 7 & Series 66 or equivalent) required.
  • 1-3 years of progressive experience in the wealth management industry, supporting one or more financial advisors required.
  • Passion for client services and delivering the red carpet treatment.
  • Exceptional conflict resolution skills, ability to build rapport, exhibit empathy, and provide exceptional client service.
  • Outstanding attention to detail with accuracy and follow through.
  • Task orientated, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple requests.
  • Ability to lead and work within a team.
  • Ability to learn CRM software in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Relationship-oriented, values-focused, and results-driven.


Benefits

  • $70,000-$90,000 base compensation (based on experience) with revenue bonus opportunities.
