Duties
- Answer incoming and conduct outbound calls professionally and provide information about products or services
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Utilize computer systems to track, gather information, and troubleshoot customer inquiries
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers in a clear and concise manner
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience
- Pharmacy, healthcare insurance, medical billing, hospital, or related experience required
- Proficiency in English; bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various types of customers
- Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous
- Experience with data entry and using computerized systems is required
- Multilingual capabilities are beneficial for diverse customer interactions

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
