Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, our Recruiters are responsible for identifying, screening and presenting the most qualified candidates to our customers with a value-added consultative approach.
This is an onsite position located on the Northeast side of Indianapolis.

Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Identify the most qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
- Screen and interview qualified candidates; serve as the main point of contact throughout the entire recruiting experience
- Gain strong understanding of our clients’ business needs in order to provide the best candidate match
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the Manager of Talent Acquisition
- Partner with Sales & Executive Leadership teams to identify potential for large accounts and viable markets
Recruiter Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Recruiter and/or Staffing Agency Recruiter
- Previous experience within the Skilled Trades industry is a plus, but not necessary
- 3 years of experience within a communication based environment (service industry, sales, customer service, etc)
- High-energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
