Location : Heavy Travel / Road Warrior - United States
Salary : $75,000 to $140,000 (base salary) - DOE, flexible

Responsibilities : THIS JOB REQUIRES HEAVY TRAVEL
In this role, you will have the opportunity to supervise the completion of rebrand / conversion or renovation projects for hospitality, restaurant and / or retail clients across the United States. This involves scheduling and coordination of subcontractors, inspections, safety - all the typical duties of a superintendent, delivered at the highest level.
Must-Have Skills :
- 5 years of experience in renovation, rebrand or conversion construction projects
- Experience in a travel heavy / road warrior position
- Valid Driver's License and clean background
- Client-facing, professional demeanor
Nice to Have Skills :
Salary : $75,000 - $140,000
