• Oversee all aspects of luxury custom home construction from site prep to final finishes.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain strict quality control and ensure all work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and trade partners.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with all local building codes.
• Proactively solve construction challenges while keeping projects on track.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5 years of experience in high-end residential construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple custom home projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Expertise in luxury finishes, custom millwork, and high-end materials.
• Proficiency in project scheduling and construction management software.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with waterfront or estate-style homes.
• Background in high-end condo renovations.
• Knowledge of South Florida building codes and permitting processes.
