Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and NYSE rules.
- Oversee Section 16 filings and manage disclosure-related matters.
- Support earnings releases and investor relations activities.
- Advise on corporate equity and debt financing, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Develop corporate policies and provide legal guidance on regulatory compliance and governance.
- Provide legal support for international market expansion.
- Assist with equity-related matters.
