🚨 We're Hiring: Experienced Machinists (4 Openings) | 2nd Shift 🚨
📍 Location: Grass Lake, MI
🕑 Shift Timing: 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM or 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM (Monday–Saturday; Sundays as needed)
💵 Pay Range: $18.00 – $33.50/hr
🔧 Experienced Machinists (4 yrs): $27.00 – $33.50/hr
Are you a skilled machinist with hands-on experience in large automotive mills and 5-axis machining? We're looking for talented individuals to join our team on the 2nd shift!
🔧 Key Skills & Requirements:
- Experience with large mills (4–12 meters)
- 5-axis machining experience is required
- Machining die components: hoods, doors, fenders, etc.
- Familiarity with large fabrication machining (defense background is a plus)
- Controller operation & programming: Fanuc, Heidenhain
- G-code knowledge SMIRT programming (preferred)
- Must bring basic personal tools
- Blueprint reading proficiency
🛠 Machines in Use:
- Parpas (highly desirable experience)
- Mitsubishi
- Mechoff
- Pratt
- YCM
- Okuma
- ❌ Note: No Mazak or Haas; no serial/production machining
🔹 We rarely use micrometers or digital calipers
🔹 No scrap tracking
💼 Ideal Background:
