Senior Architect
to join our team and
eventually lead our Architecture department . This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects while mentoring a talented team of architects and designers.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee architectural design projects from
concept to completion .Mentor and guide
junior architects and designers , ensuring quality and efficiency.Review and design
architectural and engineering plans
while ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.Collaborate closely with clients to
address design challenges
and deliver innovative solutions.Work with
engineers, contractors, and other industry professionals
to ensure project success.Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high
design and construction standards .Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree
in Architecture, Engineering, Design, or a related field.Licensed Architect
in both
New York and Pennsylvania
Required).10 years of experience
working as an Architect, with
public sector design experience preferred .Expertise in
CAD and AutoCAD software .Strong
leadership, project management, and communication skills .Highly
detail-oriented
and committed to
design excellence .Willingness to work
overtime
