About the Project Manager Role

We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Project Manager to join a well-established metal fabrication company in Prince Frederick, MD. Key Responsibilities
- Manage Full Project Lifecycle: Lead projects involving miscellaneous metals, stairways, and railings from initiation through completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule targets are met.
- Coordinate Design and Technical Documentation: Collaborate with CAD detailers to translate concepts into accurate fabrication and erection drawings, and oversee RFIs and approval submissions.
- Facilitate Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with clients, contractors, and architects to define requirements, share updates, and maintain alignment throughout the project.
- Monitor Progress and Mitigate Risks: Track project performance, proactively address potential issues, and implement risk mitigation strategies to avoid delays.
- Lead Teams and Foster Development: Create a collaborative work environment, mentor team members, and support professional growth across the project team..
