Talent One is seeking a dedicated and experienced a skilled Lead Production Assembly Engineer to join a well established company. This role is essential for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes, contributing directly to our mission of providing top-notch LED lighting solutions.

Pay : $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
Responsibilities :
- Wiring Diagrams : create diagrams & assembly work instructions using Smart Draw or other software.
- Sample Mockups : first time mockups of new potential assembly builds.
- Bill of Material Creation : adding tested and approved BOM in Netsuite ERP system based on sample verification and testing.
- Inspection : help with inspection of builds to ensure that lighting products are assembled according to quality and safety standards.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products.
- Fabricate and assemble LED lighting products according to specifications.
- Technical Support : assist sales & customer service support on questions regarding assembly and production items.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and product quality.
