Senior DevOps Engineer – Cloud & Blockchain Infrastructure
Overview:
A cutting-edge technology company is looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to enhance the stability, scalability, and security of its cloud-native infrastructure. This position involves working with modern cloud platforms, automation tools, and container orchestration systems to support a decentralized, high-performance environment. Experience in Web3, blockchain, or telecom infrastructure is a plus. The tech stack includes Rust, Go, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, and React. Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes and AWS/GCP services (EKS, RDS, VPC, S3, CloudWatch, etc.).
- Optimize system reliability, security, and scalability in a cloud-based environment.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) for seamless deployments.
- Implement monitoring and observability solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, and VictoriaMetrics.
- Support live production environments, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and participate in on-call rotations for critical incidents.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to maintain blockchain infrastructure and decentralized applications.
- Enhance security practices, including IAM configurations, network security, and compliance automation.
- Maintain documentation for infrastructure processes, system configurations, and best practices.
- Design scalable multi-region architectures for high availability.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Engineering.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, AWS, and GCP.
- Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
- Proficiency in scripting/automation using Python, Bash, or Go.
- Knowledge of distributed systems, clustering, and load balancing.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, Cassandra, Neo4j, Scylla).
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Datadog, New Relic, Splunk, Prometheus, ELK stack).
- Understanding of GitOps methodologies (ArgoCD, FluxCD).
- Experience securing cloud environments with IAM, VPNs, TLS encryption, and security testing methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments, especially in blockchain, Web3, or telecom sectors.
Preferred Certifications & Skills:
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional
- Google Cloud Professional Architect
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS)
- Experience with Rust, Go, Avalanche, blockchain subnets, and decentralized infrastructure
- Knowledge of edge computing, decentralized storage, and networking protocols
Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
