      Healthcare Quality Assurance

      Must have :

    • Bilingual in Spanish, and must have health QA or QI experience.
    • Looking for clinical settings where there is care / health given.
    • Ideal Candidate :

    • Type of experience - Working in PACE, using PDSA cycles, collaborating with stakeholders, data analysis, root cause analysis, corrective action plans.
    • Technical skills - Understanding and use of PDSA cycles, root cause analysis, corrective action plans, benchmarking, project management.
    • Soft skills - Collaborating with multiple stakeholders, influencing without authority, empathy, strong communication skills.
    • Preferred skills - PACE experience, Smartsheet experience.
    • 90 day outlook - Success in first 90 days is measured by gaining familiarity with regulations, processes, and forms; learning the PACE model of care, grievances, appeals; becoming independent in processing grievances, appeals, HPMS reporting, leading RCAs and CAPs.
    • Long term objectives - Long-term goals for this role includes helping to identify opportunities for improvement, leading implementation of QI initiatives, and being a subject matter expert on QI items for teammates across the organization.

    • As a Quality Improvement Specialist at our client, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our commitment to excellence by working alongside the National Director of Quality and Compliance Programs.
    • You’ll help drive local and enterprise-wide quality initiatives, ensure smooth adherence to federal and state reporting processes, and serve as a key contact for incident reports, root cause analyses, and the implementation of corrective action plans.
    • In this role, you’ll collaborate with diverse stakeholders to uphold compliance with federal, state, and High Reliability Organization standards while embodying the values, culture, and mission that make a special place to work and grow.
    • Key Responsibilities :

    • Proficient in data management and accuracy for timely submission
    • Skilled in root cause analysis and problem-solving
    • Acts as a knowledgeable resource for quality functions
    • Executes tasks with attention to detail
    • Effectively collaborates within QI Program Committees
    • Identifies deficiencies and trends during quality activities
    • Supports audit preparation and compliance efforts
    • Diligently collects and submits data for regulatory bodies
    • Embrace additional opportunities for organizational growth
