Position Details
The Program Analyst II will work to achieve operational targets and support the planning, execution, and monitoring of government programs. They will work independently under general supervision to meet specific objectives within a well-defined framework. Their primary responsibilities focus on ensuring program goals are met within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with government regulations. They will review systems and processes and recommend enhancements to solve problems and improve effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Data analysis and program evaluation.
- Identify areas of improvement and develop actionable recommendations to ensure program efficiency.
- Conduct research and prepare necessary reporting to present to leadership and stakeholders.
- Engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure continued compliance with federal policies and regulations.
