Talentry is looking for both a Product Engineer AND a Sr.
Project Engineer with Aerospace experience.
The
(Sr.) Project Engineer is responsible for leading and/or assisting in the
planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within the organization.
This involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines
and budgets, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project
scope, goals, and deliverables in aircraft seat design (LOPA).
- Develop detailed project plans, including
timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Lead and/or assist in the execution of project
activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks
and issues.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance
indicators, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective
resource utilization.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration
among project team members.
- (Sr. only) Mentor and provide guidance to junior
project engineers, fostering their professional development.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a
related field.
- Catia, AutoCAD, PLM
- Proven Aerospace experience
- 5 years (Sr. 8 years) of experience in project
engineering or project management.
- Strong understanding of project management
methodologies and tools.
- Proven ability to lead and/or support
cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and
analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- PMP certification is a plus.
