Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Implement and monitor care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
- Observe and document changes in residents' conditions, reporting any concerns to appropriate staff members.
- Ensure compliance with resident rights and promote a respectful environment.
- Provide patient monitoring, including taking vital signs and assisting with mobility.
- Support residents in engaging in social activities and community integration.
- Perform heavy lifting as necessary to assist residents in mobility or during emergencies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the living space to ensure a safe environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $14.22 - $18.55 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
