· Help maintain files in main file room.
· Tracking status of agency agreements; be familiar with each account’s commission rates, reimbursable expenses and special procedures.
· Making files and typing labels.
· Answering phones and retrieving voicemail messages for Shary.
· Handling the Broker’s “internal” and “external” accounts receivable.
· Administration of Broker’s real estate licenses, which includes tracking continuing education status.
· Distributing incoming mail and FedExes.
· Other duties as directed.
