What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brake Press Operator - (5am-1:30pm) position at TalentSource Staffing?

We are currently looking for an experienced CNC Brake Press Operator to join our team in the Bristol area, where you'll have the opportunity to shape metal with top-tier equipment and contribute to high-quality production.
In this important role, you will operate our client's brake press machines to shape various types of metal. Additionally, you may inspect blueprints for a project, set up your machine, perform regular maintenance, inspect metal while shaping it, and make adjustments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Have experience operating a CNC Brake Press
- Have knowledge of various tooling associated with CNC Brake Press Operations
- Must have attention to detail.
- Must have ability to program a CNC Brake Press to perform in accordance with prints.
- Bend and form the material using the proper sequence required.
- Perform proper first piece inspection to ensure quality.
- Check height, depth and other tolerance using calipers, gauges, and a tape measure.
- Pass a functional Brake Press Operations Exam
- This is a direct hire role with our client offering EXCELLENT pay and benefits, including quarterly bonuses, company match on your first 4% contributed to 401(k) plus our client is employee owned (ESOP) so lots of $$ benefits that come along with this plus a 4-day work week!
Work Hours: Monday - Friday 5am - 1:30pm, OT on Saturdays 5a-9a
