Position Overview :
The Safety Compliance Officer will ensure compliance with OSHA 1926 and 1910 standards, conduct safety training, and foster a proactive safety culture. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English / Spanish) with 5 years of construction safety experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and monitor safety programs (OSHA 1926 / 1910).
- Conduct audits, inspections, and training (bilingual).
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain safety records and ensure compliance.
