As the Construction Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all procurement activities for our construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials, supplies, and services at competitive prices while maintaining high standards of quality. Your ability to manage relationships and negotiate contracts effectively will be key to the success of our projects.

Compensation
- Minimum $70k salary (range above based on experience).

- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with residential home builders, particularly in new home construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Bluebeam, Smartsheet and buildertrend experience is a plus
- Ability to read plans and create takeoffs is a plus
