What You’ll Do

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will begin your journey by immersing yourself in the business and building materials industry through comprehensive training and hands-on experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Learning the Industry: Develop a solid understanding of the building products we supply, their specifications, and their applications.
• Mastering Systems: Gain proficiency with our point-of-sale ERP system, learning to process sales for both stock and special-order inventory.
• Supporting Customers: Assist builders and contractors with orders, including special orders with vendor partners, and manage sales invoices.
• Hands-On Training: Spend your first three months at the counter to gain firsthand experience with invoicing, learn departmental processes, and develop a deeper understanding of the business.

• Experienced (or Willing to Learn): A background in building materials is ideal, but transferable skills from a similar industry will also be considered.
• Bilingual: While not required, this is a plus for better serving a diverse customer base.
