Position Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of education, healthcare, institutional, and commercial construction projects. Your ability to lead, coordinate, and communicate will be critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers the chance to take ownership and drive projects from inception to completion, contributing to the development of Alberta's infrastructure and communities.
What You Will Do:

Lead Key Projects: Drive the management of high-profile education, healthcare, and commercial projects across Alberta.

Collaborate with Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, architects, and consultants to ensure project success.

Manage Budgets & Timelines: Oversee the design, budget, and schedule for multiple projects, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget.

Ensure Quality: Maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring that every project meets specifications and compliance requirements.

Navigate Challenges: Proactively identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track, solving problems with creative, practical solutions.

What You Need:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in institutional, commercial, or industrial construction.

Proven ability to manage education or healthcare construction projects.

Strong knowledge of scheduling, project management, and cost control.

Familiarity with Procore, MS Project, or other construction management software is a plus.

A construction-related degree/diploma is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize effectively.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
