Director or Vice President
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead electrical construction for data centers
- Manage budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and execution
- Oversee on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance
- Be the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Handle billing, forecasting, and collections
- Conduct site visits to track progress and solve issues early
- Mentor project managers and senior trade professionals
- 10 years in electrical construction project management
- Strong data center or mission-critical experience
- Journeyman or Master Electrician License OR relevant degree
- Ability to read & interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
- Experience with project management & estimating software
- Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
- OSHA 30 (or willing to obtain within a year)
- IBEW or union experience
- Proven experience leading teams
