Commercial Roofing Senior Project Manager
Location: Laurel, MD (Relocation Assistance Available)
Salary: $90,000–$120,000 annually bonuses

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects of all sizes. Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead Teams to Success: Coordinate diverse teams to ensure timely, budget-friendly project completion with precision.
- Oversee Project Tasks: Delegate roles and responsibilities, ensuring clarity and accountability.
- Budget Management: Create detailed cost analyses and accurate budgets based on estimates.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify risks, devise solutions, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain Operations: Act as the main liaison between teams, clients, and vendors for seamless project execution.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry standards and company protocols.
- Optimize Costs: Identify cost-saving opportunities to improve efficiency and results.
- Post-Project Analysis: Conduct financial evaluations to assess performance metrics and bid success.
What You Bring
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- 5 years of recent experience managing commercial roofing projects.
- Knowledge of roofing systems such as single-ply, asphalt, cold-applied, hot-applied, and metal roofing (preferred).
- Proven ability to oversee multi-million-dollar commercial roofing projects (a detailed project portfolio is a plus).
- Familiarity with government re-roofing projects (bonus!).
- Proficiency in tools like Edge Estimating, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of cost accounting principles.
