Marketing Coordinator/Manager
Remote (Canada) | Travel Required
We are a fast-growing company (4 years old, ~15 employees) with a global presence and an entrepreneurial spirit. We re looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator/Manager who thrives in a hands-on role, where strategy meets execution.

What You ll Do:- Conduct market and competitor research to uncover insights that drive our strategy.
- Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns that engage and convert.
- Manage our presence at industry events, conferences, and sponsorships.
- Develop and manage content across multiple channels, including blogs, social media, direct marketing, and email campaigns.
- Leverage data and analytics to measure campaign success and optimize performance.
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand identity and messaging.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Global Marketing teams to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- A self-starter mindset you're proactive, organized, and love solving problems.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling messaging.
- Bilingual (French and English) is a strong asset.
- Proficiency in marketing platforms like WordPress, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and Canva (or similar).
- Experience in the tech or education industry is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to travel across Canada for business meetings and events.
- Comfortable working remotely and occasionally attending global team meetings outside standard hours.
