Position Overview:
This is a fully remote, work-from-home opportunity to provide vital support to customers in the medical field. Enjoy routine tasks, a supportive team environment, and opportunities to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Care Representative: Review patient information, ensure clinical criteria for approval, and maintain clear communication with physicians, pharmacies, and staff.

• Pharmacy Administration: Update prescriptions, manage color-coded cases, and perform back-office administrative tasks.

• Outbound Calls: Assist clinics with verbal orders.

• B2B Support: Place orders, manage communication with clinics, and handle reporting tasks.

Qualifications:

• Required: High School or University Degree, Certified Pharmacy Technician

• Active Illinois License (or commitment to obtain it if not already licensed, this will be reimbursed.)

• 4-6 years of supply chain or customer service experience (preferred)

• Fluent in English (US)

• Living in the USA (HIPAA compliance)

Training and Hours:

• Training Period: 5 weeks, fully remote/work-from-home, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (Monday to Friday). A laptop will be provided to you by our Client before training begins.

• Production Hours: Operating hours 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Eastern Time, 40 hours per week (minimum 30 hours per week)

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $20/hour after training

• Paid Training: 5 weeks of fully remote, paid training

Technology Requirements:

• Internet: Broadband with Ethernet connection

• Processor: 1.8GHz (64bit)

• RAM: 8GB

• Storage: 10GB minimum

• Headset: Wired USB

• Operating System: Windows 10 or higher / Mac OSX 11 or higher
