Director, Corporate Product Support – TalentZok
OVERVIEW

In this role, you'll lead and grow our clients' Parts and Service Departments, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. This role involves developing strategies, managing teams, and optimizing processes to achieve organizational goals. This position can be based in Long Beach, Las Vegas or Meridian, ID.
Immediate opening for a Director, Corporate Product Support that can be based in either Long Beach, CA, Las Vegas, NV or Meridian, ID who possesses :
- Hands on heavy construction equipment within Service and Parts Department operations
- 5 years of experience working in Service and Parts Department operations
- Hands on P&L experience with ability to interpret internal and financial reports
