FULL DESCRIPTION : Customer Experience Specialist - Hybrid (Remote / Onsite Occasionally) 9 / 80 Shift - Every Other Friday Off! Looking for a strong candidate for a Customer Experience team member that can handle a fast-paced environment. The best candidate that shows an aptitude to multi-tasking, a fast learner on proprietary software, takes initiative, Zendesk, and great interpersonal skills answering the telephone would be ideal. This would be supporting the Business to Business (B2B) clients and the sales team. The selected candidate will be responsible for : -High school diploma or higher (Preferred)-Customer Service : Minimum 3 years -CRM Experience - 1 yrs.
