Immediate opening for an HR Recruiting Coordinator (Retail) in Orange, CA who possesses:  

• 2 years' experience as an HR Recruiting Coordinator or similar HR administrative role (Retail recruiting a )
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or Psychology
• Knowledge of HR processes, employment law, and regulations
• MS Office Suites - Proficient/ADP Workforce Now or HR Software exp

FULL DESCRIPTION:  

The selected candidate will be responsible for: 

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar HR administrative role is preferred.
• Knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and regulations.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in HR software (ADP WorkforceNow preferred), MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant tools.   

The selected candidate will also possess: 

• Follow up with hiring managers at store level for updates and recruiting processes
• Assist in posting and getting info for new work recs
• Help Coordinate new hire onboarding processes, including ensuring that all onboarding documents are properly executed and filed, facilitating new hire orientation and introducing new hires to company policies and culture. 
• Contact Candidates via phone and e-mail
• Update job recs and postings
• Administrative tasks as needed
• Update info in ATS system 

Salary Range: $24-$26/hr
