What We’re Looking For:
· Environmental Expertise & Regulatory Acumen
Deep knowledge of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), as well as experience with State and Local Environmental and Land Use Permitting and Energy Facility Siting and Licensing. Familiarity with regulatory agencies such as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S.
Fish & Wildlife Service, National Marine Fisheries Service, U.S. Forest Service, State Wildlife Agencies, and historic preservation agencies is essential.
· Industry-Specific Experience
Specific background in electricity transmission, oil & gas, renewables, or similar markets is preferred, enabling you to seamlessly integrate environmental compliance with industry-specific demands.
· Proven Tenure & Performance
A history of success in similar roles, with demonstrable ability to drive business growth, build teams, and deliver results in challenging regulatory and project environments.
· Client & Business Development Skills
A strategic thinker with a track record in developing long-term client relationships, driving project backlogs, and ensuring sustainable profit and direct labor growth
