We are seeking an experienced Subcontracts Manager to join a $3 billion dollar design-build infrastructure project in Chicago, IL.
As the Subcontracts Manager, you will:
-Oversee contract negotiation and administration for key subcontractors and suppliers
-Ensure compliance with commercial policies and project agreements
-Manage change orders, claims, and invoice reviews
-Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and stakeholders to drive project success
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 5 Years’ experience in a contractual administration position with Designer and main Subcontractors
-Experience and knowledge in technical and design & build topics
-Experience in partnering with an executive team, with excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, and written skills
-Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders and has strong interpersonal skills
*This role is fully on-site in Chicago, IL. Relocation packages/temporary housing will be considered depending on candidate's experience level.
