The client is a well-funded growth mode DG developer led by a seasoned team with previous success building and scaling a renewables company.
They're looking for a Finance Associate to join the team. This role will involve developing and maintaining complex financial models, supporting project finance and M&A transactions, engaging with investors, and working across multiple internal teams to drive financial insights.
Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Modeling : Develop, maintain, and refine financial models integrating tax equity, debt, and equity structures, ensuring they align with changing regulatory, project, and corporate assumptions.
- Corporate Finance Support : Assist in corporate finance functions, including cash flow management, financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning. Provide insights for optimizing capital structure and corporate financial performance.
- Investment Committee Materials : Prepare and present detailed investment committee materials to inform decision-making for renewable energy projects, M&A transactions, and corporate financing strategies.
- Project Finance & M&A Transactions : Support project finance and M&A transactions by managing financial due diligence, preparing financial analysis, and structuring deals to align with corporate and investor objectives.
- Investor Relations : Engage with current and potential investors, providing them with detailed financial updates, performance reports, and strategic insights. Assist in the preparation of investor communications, including presentations, quarterly reports, and fundraising materials.
