We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing and optimizing the onboarding experience for new psychiatry members, ensuring they find the right provider and feel confident in beginning their mental health journey. The ideal candidate has a passion for behavioral psychology, data-driven decision-making, and human-centered product development. This is a remote position based on Eastern Time. Talkspace Headquarters is located in NYC.
What You’ll Do
- Define and execute the long-term vision for member onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition from sign-up to their first session
- Optimize conversion, engagement, and retention by applying insights from behavioral psychology, cognitive science, and habit formation
- Design and run A / B tests and rapid experiments to validate hypotheses and improve user adoption
- Partner with engineering, design, and data science to develop innovative onboarding flows that reduce drop-off and drive therapeutic success
- Develop personalized and adaptive user journeys that increase engagement and match members with the best possible therapist
- Build data solutions to measure friction points, user needs, and decision-making behaviors in the funnel
- Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring the highest impact work gets done first
- Synthesize consumer insights, competitive analysis, and data-driven learnings to inform strategy and continuously iterate on growth initiatives

At Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively.
The base salary range for this role is between $150,000 and $170,000. Within the salary bands, leveling corresponds to each candidate’s relevant experience, skills assessed during the interview process, education, and applicable certifications.
