Position Overview
Seeking an exceptional Sales Arborist to drive growth and support their assigned sales territory. As a trusted advisor, you'll diagnose and monitor trees and landscapes, provide estimates, and ensure client satisfaction. As the Sales Arborist, you'll assume the vital role of being the property owner's trusted advisor, playing an integral part in ensuring the health and safety of the environment you serve. You will develop new business and attend networking functions to foster all working relations. We offer full benefits, and uncapped commission, annually based on territory performance.

Job Duties
What You'll Do:
- Educate residential customers on the needs of their trees with a focus on plant health care.
- Provide customers with estimates based on their needs.
- Develop and update annual plant health care programs.
- Create and build relationships with new and existing clients.
- Ensure timely and proper customer communication.
- Learn to be a part of the office and field management team.
- Adhere to and help implement all safety policies.
- Accurate and timely completion of all reports.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Seeking a self-motivated individual eager for continuous learning and personal growth.
- Must have ISA Certified Arborist ® at time of hire.
- Required: Valid driver’s license
- Regional plant and horticulture knowledge
- Good people skills; self-motivated; computer proficient and organized.
- Preferred: Prior Tree Care or landscaping sales experience
- Preferred: Arborgold program experience, basic computer skills, job will require some data entry with quote development and email communication.
