- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Schedule patient appointments using medical scheduling systems

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the medical office
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred
- Proficiency in medical terminology and knowledge of medical office procedures
- Familiarity with Centricity/Athena software is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient care
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of administrative procedures in a healthcare environment
