What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Experience Coordinator - Part time position at Tallahassee Orthopedic Clinic?
Part-time position available to ensure the organization is providing high quality patient care services.
Duties include: greeting patients, family members and visitors entering the clinic, providing information and directions in a courteous, efficient and professional manner; obtaining wheelchairs, as needed; monitoring the overall appearance of the atrium and clinic entrance; and collaborating with management with recommedations for patient experience improvement proceses.
Applicants must have a strong desire to positively impact the patient experience and possess a passionate, patient-centered approach to healthcare; strong oral communication skills; and relevant experience demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
*This is an in-person, in-office position located in Tallahassee, FL.
**Scheduled shifts vary between 7 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday. Schedule is 20 - 25 hours per week.
