- Responsibilities of Clinician I: Demonstrate ability to diagnose and treat children/youth and families
- Provide individual and group therapy, including structured and process groups, within a variety of settings, based on group/client needs and Clinician credentials
- Depending on level of experience, provide clinical consultation and training to staff
- Act as the primary contact for the service plan with the ability to expertly and succinctly communicate at all levels both verbally and in writing.
- Requirements of Clinician I:Minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work or clinically related field
- Must be licensed eligible and have a limited permit upon hire if applicable based on clinical degree
- Thorough knowledge of services provided, well developed advocacy skills, knowledge and understanding of payment processes for services
- Must have a valid driver’s license and meet agency driving standards
