Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
- Ability to multitask and manage workload from the phone, ERP, web browser, chat, text, and email
- Demonstrate strong verbal, writing, and grammar skills to communicate with customers
- Strong computer, typing, and Microsoft 365 (including Teams) proficiency
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Guide and process customer orders and inquiries via web chat, text, phone, and email
- Help customers navigate, place quotes and orders, and troubleshoot on Talley’s website
- Help register, link, and activate online customers
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, availability, and order status
- Make follow-up outbound calls to customers and provide order status information when required
- Ensure accurate and timely service and respond quickly and proactively to customer requests across all platforms
- Maintain customer contact information in CRM tool
