Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
  • Ability to multitask and manage workload from the phone, ERP, web browser, chat, text, and email
  • Demonstrate strong verbal, writing, and grammar skills to communicate with customers
  • Strong computer, typing, and Microsoft 365 (including Teams) proficiency
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Guide and process customer orders and inquiries via web chat, text, phone, and email
  • Help customers navigate, place quotes and orders, and troubleshoot on Talley’s website
  • Help register, link, and activate online customers
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, availability, and order status
  • Make follow-up outbound calls to customers and provide order status information when required
  • Ensure accurate and timely service and respond quickly and proactively to customer requests across all platforms
  • Maintain customer contact information in CRM tool
