Responsibilities


Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage a daily pipeline of 10 internet leads, ensuring prompt follow-up and consistent lead conversion.
  • Handle 3 to 5 live transfer leads each day for auto and home insurance, delivering exceptional service and expert guidance to prospective clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify client insurance requirements and tailor recommendations accordingly.
  • Apply strategic sales techniques to convert leads into policyholders, with an emphasis on bundling home and auto coverage when appropriate.
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships to encourage loyalty and increase referral opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to meet individual and office-wide sales goals.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes to provide clients with accurate and timely information.

Requirements


Requirements:

  • Licensing: Active Florida 4-40 or 2-20 insurance license is required.
  • Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Ability to effectively multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Salary : $50,000 - $80,000
