Responsibilities of a Unit Manager:
- Oversee the daily operations of your designated unit, ensuring optimal care for all residents.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of nursing staff to provide the highest level of patient care.
- Develop, implement, and review care plans, adjusting them to meet the evolving needs of residents.
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Qualifications of a Unit Manager
- Active RN license in the state of New Jersey.
- Previous leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in long-term care or geriatrics is a plus.
