Role
The Field Services position is responsible for delivering, setup and training on proprietary equipment for our customers. The Project Management and Field Services position will have an interfacing role with managers and customers and must provide excellent customer service skills inside and outside the organization.
The job duties herein describe essential functions of the position. Additionally, regular attendance and punctuality are essential to the success of the position. The individual should be able to perform these essential functions with or without requested reasonable accommodations.
Essential Functions
- Prepare Tally equipment and tools for shipment to customer locations
- Deliver equipment and tools to location and complete corresponding BOLs
- After delivery, educate the customer and 3rd party service companies on proper techniques and SOPs
- Remain on location according to contractual obligations (~12-24 hours) to provide assistance as needed
- After released being released from location, remain available for callouts.
- Upon job completion, complete Field Tickets and return all unused tools/equipment to the shop.
- Provide field updates to the management team
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and to other team members
- Promote and strictly adhere to all Company HSE policies and practices.
- Conduct all business activities in accordance with company code of conduct, policies and procedures and all applicable legal requirements.
- Perform other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

- HS/GED
- Valid drivers license
- Strong data entry and reporting skills
- Available after hours/weekends/holidays on periodic basis

Work Environment & Physical Demands
- This position requires working primarily in the field in all types of weather conditions. It requires working on rig sites where surface areas are often muddy or slippery. It also requires working around heavy machinery, mechanical equipment with moving parts and electrical equipment as well as exposure to loud noises and contaminants. The employee is regularly required to operate vehicles on company business and drive long distances on company business.
