Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

We are a well-established company seeking a motivated and self-sufficient Office Assistant to join our team in Zephyr Cove, Nevada. This role is perfect for someone who thrives working independently, can keep themselves busy, is eager to contribute, and has advanced knowledge of QuickBooks (a must!).
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring accurate billing and records.
- Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
- Handle follow-up communications and ensure timely responses.
- Perform data entry tasks, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Collaborate with auditors to assist with year-end tax preparation.
- Manage office equipment, supplies, and software programs.
- Coordinate and participate in company meetings.
- Pick up and distribute mail as needed.
Qualifications:
- Expert-level QuickBooks experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Accurate and detail-oriented data entry skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
