International Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven International Sales Executive to expand our global market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international sales, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to identify and develop business opportunities in multiple regions. This role requires strategic planning, negotiation, and frequent interaction with global clients and partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and regional opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
- Monitor competitive activity and industry developments to stay ahead of market trends.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms while ensuring compliance with company policies and international regulations.
- Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Sales Presentations & Negotiations
- Present products and services to international clients, highlighting value and return on investment.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings based on regional needs and market demand.
Market Expansion & Growth
- Identify opportunities for expansion into new regions and develop market entry strategies.
- Establish and manage relationships with local distributors and business partners.
- Work with marketing and product teams to align offerings with global demand.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress.
- Analyze sales data to track performance, identify trends, and refine strategies.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in international sales or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in global markets.
- Strong understanding of international trade, export regulations, and market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads and track sales.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
- Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, French) is a plus.
- Familiarity with international payment systems, logistics, and cultural business practices.
- Experience in commodities or related industries is a plus.
