Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines, including 2-4 axis and 5 axis models.
- Program CNC machines using G-code and other programming languages.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize machining processes.
- Maintain and troubleshoot CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Keep accurate records of production and machine maintenance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist, with expertise in CNC programming.
- Strong knowledge of CNC lathe operations, including 2-4 axis and 5 axis machines.
- Experience with CNC Swiss lathe is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
