Role Contributions

• Create and enhance CNC programs using G-Code and M-Code for diverse machines, including multi-axis VMCs.
• Apply GD&T to guarantee pinpoint accuracy and thorough specification adherence.
• Power the CNC machines through production, ensuring impeccable quality and streamlined operation.
• Rapidly identify and amend issues in CNC machinery to minimize production lags.
• Oversee new equipment installations and assist in advanced setups.
• Collaborate with engineering peers to elevate machining strategies and establish industry-leading practices.
• Handle the CAM software, particularly Mastercam, for creating and modifying CNC instructions.
• Support manual machining requirements when automation is not the answer.
