Duties

- Implement lean manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency and reduce waste within the production process.
- Train and supervise staff in proper laboratory practices, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to fabricate necessary equipment or tools for production needs.
