Responsibilities :
- Facility Operations Management : Ensure the daytoday functionality of the facility including electrical mechanical and building systems while maintaining compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Preventative Maintenance : Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery and equipment.
- Project Coordination : Plan and oversee facility improvement projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and on budget.
- Contractor Oversight : Evaluate hire and supervise thirdparty contractors for specialized repairs ensuring quality work and costeffectiveness.
- Team Leadership : Manage and mentor maintenance personnel fostering a culture of teamwork safety and accountability.
- Safety Compliance : Promote a strong safety culture by conducting routine inspections maintaining safety records and ensuring adherence to OSHA standards.
- Emergency Response : Act as the primary point of contact for addressing and resolving facilityrelated emergencies.
