We are seeking a dedicated Safety Technician with specialized experience in Title V air permits and OSHA standards to join our team and help foster a safe and compliant work environment.
- Environmental Health and Safety Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor and ensure compliance with Title V air permits and maintain accurate documentation.
Conduct regular inspections and safety compliance audits to ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
Identify potential safety hazards and recommend corrective actions or improvements.
Assist in developing, implementing, and updating safety programs and procedures specific to a fiberglass manufacturing environment.
Provide safety training and guidance to employees on OSHA standards and best practices.
Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and compile detailed reports with recommendations.
Collaborate with environmental and safety teams to ensure continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Environmental Health and Safety Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
· Proven experience in a safety technician or similar role within a fiberglass manufacturing setting.
· In depth knowledge of OSHA standards and Title V air permits.
· Strong understanding of safety management systems and environmental compliance
· Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety preferred but will consider experience
· Knowledge of fiberglass industry related regulations
· Manufacturing experience in the industry preferred
· Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and people skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
Relevant certification ( e.g., OSHA 30-Hour, Certified Safety Technician) are a plus

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
